Free Interpreting Service for non-Japanese Speakers Who Were Affected by the Earthquake in Hyuga Nada Region

We would like to express our deepest sympathies to all those who have impacted by the earthquake in the Hyuga Nada region. We are praying for the swift recovery of the areas affected.

We have started a FREE phone interpreting service for non-Japanese speakers immediately after the earthquake at BRIDGE MULTILINGUAL SOLUTINS, inc. (Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo CEO and President: Kenichi Yoshikawa).

This service is available 24/7 in any language mainly in English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish. This service is for non-Japanese speakers who would like to communicate with Japanese-speaking persons, for example at government offices and evacuation shelters.

This can be used to check administrative response, status of public transportation, accommodation in disaster-stricken areas and information provision to foreign tourists.
