We would like to express our sincere sympathy and condolences to those who suffered from the earthquake in Hokkaido on September 6, 2018.
To support non-Japanese speaking residents and travelers in areas affected by the earthquake, we opened over-the-phone interpretation and translation services for free of charge. This service is available to anyone who needs to communicate with Japanese or non-Japanese speakers. Please make use of this over-the-phone interpretation service when communicating with someone in front of you or someone on the phone in different languages. For translating announcements or correspondences, our translation service is also easy and free to use.
